Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is just that: individual. Every person has different issues, goals, hopes, and dreams. I am here to help you with your addiction problem, codependency, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, unresolved childhood issues, your relationships with others or yourself, or simply to become more of the person you want to be. I work collaboratively, so what we work on is your agenda, not mine. You can always give me feedback on how the therapy is going for you.

Couples Therapy
I am not here to take sides, but to help you learn how to communicate assertively instead of passively, aggressively, or passive-aggressively, how to put yourself in your partner’s shoes (or more accurately, your partner’s heart and brain), and to recall why you fell in love in the first place. I have worked with many couples who appreciated that I can see both points of view without judgment.

Family Therapy
The people whom we love the most can often cause us the most pain; they know how to push our buttons better than anyone else. I am here to provide healing and better relationships between loved ones, to improve understanding of the other’s point of view, and to learn how to navigate disagreements. I have been told by many families they felt I treated everyone with equal compassion and understanding.
